Terms of Service

Your Nest Cleaners operates as a marketing and booking platform. We advertise cleaning services, accept booking requests, and match homeowners with independent, third-party cleaning contractors in the Greater Toronto Area.

We do not employ cleaners, operate a cleaning crew, or directly perform cleaning services. The cleaning services you book are provided by self-employed contractors who operate their own businesses.

Cleaning professionals accessible through our platform are independent third-party contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Your Nest Cleaners. Each contractor is solely responsible for:

• Performing the cleaning services they agree to provide;
• Maintaining their own insurance, licenses, and business registrations;
• Setting their own availability, pricing, and work standards;
• Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations.

Your Nest Cleaners is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any independent contractor.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Nest Cleaners' liability is limited to the marketing, scheduling, and booking facilitation services we provide. We are not liable for property damage, personal injury, unsatisfactory cleaning results, theft, or any other claim arising from the services performed by an independent contractor.

Any dispute regarding the quality, timing, or outcome of a cleaning service should be directed to the independent contractor who performed the work. We will make reasonable efforts to help facilitate communication, but we do not guarantee resolution.

When you request a quote or book through our platform, we share your request with available independent contractors. A booking is confirmed only when a contractor accepts the job and you approve the estimate.

Payment terms are agreed between you and the contractor before the service begins. Your Nest Cleaners may collect payment on behalf of contractors as a convenience; doing so does not make us a party to the cleaning contract or responsible for the service itself.

Contractors are expected to carry their own appropriate insurance. Your Nest Cleaners does not provide insurance coverage for contractor activities. If you have concerns about insurance, please ask the contractor directly before the service begins.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
